 Cancellation Policy

To maintain a supportive and consistent therapeutic experience:

Late Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged the full session fee, as insurance does not cover missed appointments.

No-Shows

Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee.

Repeated Cancellations

Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in a pause or termination of services and a referral to another provider.

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies occur.
Exceptions may be made at the therapist’s discretion.

 Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Under federal law, clients who are uninsured or paying privately have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining expected costs of care.

Your Rights

• You may request a GFE at any time

• You must receive one before starting services if uninsured or self-pay

• You may dispute charges that are $400+ above the estimate
