TJ is passionate about helping clients navigate relationships, personal growth, and emotional wellness with empathy and practical tools. Ashley Stroud, LMSW

Ashley is a compassionate behavioral health specialist with over a decade of experience in psychotherapy, case management, and wellness coaching. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia and integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and ecotherapy. Ashley empowers clients—particularly women, caregivers, older adults, and highly sensitive individuals—to take an active role in their healing. Her warm, collaborative approach creates a safe space for exploring challenges like grief, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and work-related stress. She believes true healing begins with trust, creativity, and human connection.
